Mission: Our nursery ministry is open to all children from infancy until they begin Kindergarten. Our mission is to come alongside parents in nurturing the faith of their children, through the work of competent volunteers who model Christ's love and patience,  pray for the children, and are blessed by the privilege of serving among them.

Location: We are located in the lower level of the church building.  We have four classrooms: Infants (birth to walking), Toddlers (walking to about two), Twos (children who turn 2 on or before September 1), and Pre-Kindergarten (ages three to five, not including Kindergartners).

Safety: We have a pager-and-claim-check system for the children's safety. It enables us to contact you during worship or fellowship if needed, and ensures that only you may take your child away.  When you arrive a coordinator at the childcare desk will help you register your child and direct you to the correct classroom.

IMPORTANT: During the Sunday School hour, the Pre-Kindergarteners have Sunday School class. They are divided into Three's and Fours, and moved into adjacent classrooms. You may pick the children up from their classroom doors.

Volunteering:  We are always seeking additional volunteers to love our little ones. Out of love and concern for the children, all of our volunteers (including the children's parents and guardians) must fill out a brief application and permit us to perform a background check. We also require volunteers to attend a 15 minute training session, which is offered frequently on Sunday mornings.  In addition, we take a cooperative approach.  This means that after an initial period, we ask those parents who are using our services to serve in this ministry in some way once every 4-6 weeks.
