We are excited about what God is doing around the world and we want to join Him in it.  Our aim is to help fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations all the way to the ends of the earth.  All of our missions activities, whether evangelism, church planting, or humanitarian work all aim to advance this central purpose.

Currently, VBC partners with 9 missionaries or ministries overseas in Europe, Africa, Asia (the Middle East), and Haiti.  These mission partners work with refugees, unreached people groups, the underserved poor, university students in global cities, and more.  We also partner with 6 missionaries or ministries within the United States, including a home for troubled teens, a pregnancy care center, a Christian school, and ministries to university students.

We have recently served as a host site for the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course.  This intensive, 15-week course, which was developed by the US Center for World Mission, addresses such issues as the biblical basis for missions, the history of missions, cultural factors, and missions strategies.  For more information, check the website www.perspectives.org.
