Children in kindergarten through 3rd grade are welcome to participate in Children's Church during the worship service. After the children participate in the first part of congregational worship, they are dismissed to enjoy activities appropriate for their age. This year's program is on "The Way of the Wise". Children's Church is offered most Sundays except during the summer schedule.

Children's Church
Sunday School classes are offered during our winter schedule at 10:40.
We provide classes for children in kindergarten through 12th grades, plus preschool in separate classes for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds. The classrooms for preteens are in the basement of the church; the rooms are labeled to help you easily find the room for your child's age group or grade. To find the basement: If you come in through the front door of the old building, the stairs are off the short hallway to your left as you approach the fellowship hall.

Grades 6-8 meet together in a single class in the church annex. Grades 9-10 also meet in a single class in the church annex. Grades 11-12 meet in the church kitchen. If you don't know where these buildings are, maps are available at the welcome center in the foyer.

For adults, we have Adult Bible Fellowships during our winter schedule. ABFs are groups of people committed to know and apply the Bible together in a caring fellowship that brings about pastoral care, discipleship, and outreach. An ABF is more than a Sunday School class; it's like a mini-congregation. It's a place where everyone is made to feel welcome and the relationships are as important as the learning.
Each ABF is led by a team rather than a single teacher. And even though we provide a broad life-stage description of who will be in each group, we hope you will find the group where you feel most comfortable, and where you would like to bring your friends.

We celebrate the Lord's supper on the first Sunday of each month, at both worship services. All who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are invited to participate.
Baptisms are done on the third Sunday of each month. If you would like to be baptized, please contact the church office to speak with a pastor.
We do not pass a plate for our regular offerings. The ministry of Valley Bible Church is supported by the faithful giving of the congregation. There are two boxes located on either side of the sanctuary doors for your offering to the Lord.
